We are only able to refund/return/exchange products in the following situations:
Return
- If the wrong product has been sent to the customer we will exchange for the correct product ordered.
(No additional shipping / handling costs will be incurred by the customer).
Refund
- If the product is defective (must be verified by G-TOX) . Picture of defects will be requested.
- Orders placed for styles/size subsequently sold out - because our styles are produced in special limited quantities we reserve the right to offer our products on a first come first serve basis.
Exchange
- If the customer wishes to exchange for a different product size (this is subject to size availability). The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred.
Conditions of Return / Refund / Exchange:
- Customers must inform G-TOX regarding items wished to be returned by e-mail (eshop@g-tox.com) within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
- All returned products must be unused with all original tags
- Products must not be used, worn or washed. Products must not be soiled or damaged by the Customer (cosmetics, fragrance, smells included)
- Products must not be out of shape due to trial fitting. (A stretched neckline or cuff)
