Shipping - Delivery & Returns


All G-TOX product orders placed before 1pm Hong Kong time will be sent to our logistics department the same day and dispatched within two days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

We attempt to dispatch all none G-TOX product orders the same as all G-TOX product orders. However, because we rely on our business partners to make their necessary arrangements to complete an order, we cannot be responsible for their delay if any.

Hong Kong Delivery - FREE!

·       After being dispatched, orders usually arrive 1-2 working days.

International Delivery

All orders to be delivered outside of Hong Kong will be classed as International Delivery. We deliver to all countries that are serviced by FedEx, DHL, ROYALEAsia and Hong Kong Speedpost.

All Shipping is weight based and will vary according to your country and delivery region.

·       All orders will be shipped via Select Courier service through their designated couriers; FedEx, DHL, or ROYALEAsia

·       If the Select Courier service is not available we will use Kong Speedpost / Hong Kong Post

·       After being dispatched, orders usually arrive 3-10 working days depending on destination

·       Due to security restrictions we are unable to ship orders to PO Box addresses.

·       When your order has been dispatched you will receive an order tracking number

International Duties and Taxes

When your items are delivered, you may be liable for customs duty and/or additional taxes. As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, we are not able to advise what the cost, if any, would be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

·       The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country.

Signing for your order

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking number included.

If someone is present at the time of delivery to sign for your order, it will be marked as ‘signed for’ on the Courier tracking system.

If no one is available to sign for your order at the delivery address, a card will be left informing you of how to collect it.



We do understand that sometimes you may need to Return and Exchange an item to us, to simplify that process for you please see the table below showing the Types of Returns and Options available to you.

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unused, unworn with labels intact and in the same original condition and packaging that you received it, and it must have been purchased through G-TOX via our website e-commerce. We reserve the right to refuse an Exchange should a return item product not meet these requirements or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.

We do not accept Returns purchased from 3rd parties. 

Non-Eligible products for Returns and Exchanges
Sale items, special product mark-downs and sample clothing are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Faulty or Damaged products
G-TOX always strives to ensure that all items sold on our website are all of the highest quality. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order before sending it. If you think the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please contact by email at g-shop@g-tox.com. We will then advise and assist you with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the fault.

Product Colour discrepancies and portrayal
Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised that all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear when viewing on the monitor. G-TOX will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible however we will not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies that may occur.

How to make a Return or Exchange
Contact us with your request at g-shop@g-tox.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase so we can look out for your returns. You would also need to attach a copy of your order invoice together with your return package.

Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and from there you can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us through any postal service of your choice.  The cost of returning the item to us is your liability.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.

It is very important that when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want an Exchange, Store Credits or Refund. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.

Please allow 7 working days from our receipt of your goods, for us to process your Return. Once this has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation).

After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow 7-14 days for exchanged goods’ delivery, or 7-14 days for a refund to be credited to your account (This timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer).

Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
